If you prefer to send us a letter by mail, please provide the following information to help us understand your particular complaint or dispute:

  • Please provide your Name
  • Livingston Financial Account Number or Original Account Number
  • The last 4 digits of your SSN
  • Your address and phone number
  • Do not send sensitive information such as your full Social Security Number, Checking or debit card number
  • Provide as much detail about your experience with our service provider as possible, including the name of the service provider and the names of those you have spoken with regarding the issue
  • Provide a contact number or address at which we may contact you to discuss your concerns
  • If you have previously asked Livingston Financial not to call or write you, please state in your letter whether Livingston Financial can contact you back for the sole purpose of addressing your concerns. Otherwise, Livingston Financial will not be able to contact you to discuss your concerns.
